Traffic to the property site tripled, and in some months quadrupled, in 2006. This year traffic to the site is multiplying 11-fold on last year and listings on the site are increasing 10-fold.

Privateseller.ie was founded in 2004 by entrepreneur Fiona Mcloughlin to assist private owners to sell their property with a team of advisors and associates. The team has years of experience buying and selling property that is used to assist sellers to sell quickly and profitably.

Following huge amounts of traffic to the website, privateseller.ie migrated from a basic shared hosting account to a dedicated server. “The migration to the dedicated server was seamlessly completed with the assistance and care of hosting365 support staff, Network Operation Centre (NOC) staff and a dedicated UNIX engineer,� says Mcloughlin.

“With the upgrade to our dedicated server and 100mb connection we have noticed significant improvements in the speed of our site. I am very happy with the level of assistance and support provided by hosting 365.�

The website is going from strength to strength. The company has introduced a new and exclusive newsletter for members and keeps expanding. “Privateseller.ie has nine associates to deliver the Privateseller.ie associate service nationwide with people applying for associate positions almost daily. We will have at least one associate in every county,� explains Mcloughlin.

“We are taking on four more permanent office staff and we will also be the first nationwide company offering selling and conveyancing service together at pre-set rates. It is one of the most exciting developments for this year,� she adds.
